The team

boutiK was founded in 2012 by Karin Heath & Kasia Gandhi, two Research Directors, with almost 40 years combined experience leading and delivering research and insight projects around the world.

At boutiK, we deliver hands-on research solutions. Every research project is always delivered by either Karin or Kasia, with the support of our global network of Research Associates, from diverse backgrounds, cultures and specialist areas, each with the specific skills and local market knowledge that every project needs.

What unites the boutiK people is our commitment to make every single project a success, wherever it may take place, whatever it may be about and whoever is involved.

Elke has over 10 years of experience in international qualitative research, with a specialism in B2B and Tech. She was learning the ropes of qualitative research from Karin and Kasia, before moving on to GfK where she headed up the TechQual Team as a Research Director.
She is bilingual in English and German and giving free rein to her love of travel and exploring, Elke is a digital nomad and minimalist – changing location within Europe every month or two.

Lynn is a creative and hands-on marketer with experience across aviation, financial services and technology sectors. Apart from excellent facilitation and analysis skills, Lynn is also an expert in digital marketing and social media management.
When she’s not being a busy marketing bee she loves going on adventures with her young family and cockapoo Crumble. She is passionate about swimming and coaches children every weekend.

With over 20 years experience working for leading food, drink and healthcare companies such as Kraft Heinz, Boots and Premier/RHM Foods, Helen is a strategic Marketer with a passion for developing powerful consumer-focused campaigns and brands.
Strategy, insight and enabling brilliant marketing are her passion, and she can often be found waxing lyrical about advertising campaigns or wandering the supermarket shelves scouting for new products.

Mark’s experience spans 20 years of marketing and integrated digital projects to deliver improved services to customers in commercial and not-for-profit sectors. He is a true expert in everything digital and he loves bringing innovative tech solutions to the world of research.
Given the opportunity, Mark finds time to take part in endurance sports, which take him to some amazing, and usually cold, parts of the globe.

Over the course of 18 years of his market research career, Matt has worked on both client and agency side, including the likes of BBC, IPSOS Mori or Nielsen. He specialises in international quantitative research across telecoms, technology, FMCG and financial services sectors.
Matt loves sport, and what he lacks in ability, he makes up for with enthusiasm when he runs or plays football. He is also a fan of all things Spanish and loves practicing speaking the language whenever he can.

Mel  loves her early morning runs in Bushy Park with her lovely dog Jessie and spending time with her football-mad family.

Our first-floor offices are located at 62a High Street in Hampton Hill. Look up and look out for the hearts in our office windows, and you’ll know you’re in the right spot.
